What is the Grandparents to Parents Foundation? It is an outreach
of Peaceful Journey to help those of a growning population in our
country that are taking on the responsibility of raising full-time or
even part-time their grandchildren. There are so many legal, moral and
spirtiual aspects to this way of life we want to help you. Dr. Galt will
be drawing from his own experiences of raising his two grandchildren
from birth. As we grow we will be offering resources to help you in this
task. It is not an easy journey but can be a very enjoyable time. It
can also be very frustrating time in your life and the lives of the
kids. We will be working in conjunction with Trinity Institute of
Christian Counseling and Dr. Nicole Weyant to provide counseling and
other additional resources to help you.
You are not alone.
There are many that are in this same situation. According to U. S.
Government statistics there has been a 70 % increase in homes where the
grandparents are raising their grandchildren. Check out the link under

This is just the numbers of those that are reported. There are so many
issues that we have to face.We will be happy and blessed to counsel or
to try to provide what ever answers to questions or concerns you might
